Fans of My Mum Your Dad will be delighted to hear that Dani and Wes are still very much together months after the show’s finale. In an exclusive interview with 9Entertainment, the couple revealed that they are “happier than ever” and that they are even considering getting engaged.
“We’ve been texting and calling each other so we were both really sad to say goodbye,” Dani said about leaving the experience. “But it won’t be long until the love birds will be reunited.”
Wes shared similar sentiments, saying that he and Dani have been “keeping it PG” but that they are “definitely reacting to one another.”
The couple has been spending a lot of time together since the show ended, traveling to each other’s hometowns and attending events together. They have also been sharing loved-up photos and videos on social media, much to the delight of their fans.
So, is an engagement in the future for Dani and Wes? It seems like it’s definitely a possibility. Wes has already hinted at it in interviews, and Dani has not ruled it out either.
“I feel like I’ve won the lottery,” Dani said about her relationship with Wes. “He’s everything I’ve ever wanted in a partner.”
We’ll just have to wait and see what the future holds for Dani and Wes, but one thing is for sure: they are a couple that is meant to be.
