“Health is wealth” ,” wellness”, “fitness”. All these issues give an initial insight to physical health right? that is the issue right here.

Todays fast paced and non stop working world has little time to focus on themselves. People in todays generation are so involved in making both the ends meet that they forget that it is all coming at the cost of a particular thing – their mental health.

People all over the world focus more on material things and are somewhere losing their peace and wellness somewhere far behind. The work stress engulfs the elders while the academic pressure has its hands on children, the housewives too are not free from it. Managing home with all the family members proves to be exhausting fir them too. All an all, everyone has their mental health at stake and still nobody considers it a useful topic to talk about.

The deteriorating mental health conditions often lead to anxiety , hypertension, stress, and even high stages of depression.

Thus its high time to involve people in speaking about their struggles and just once at lest , of judging them . One of the many fears instilled in the minds of such mentally disturbed people is the fear of being judged . If we can provide an extra hand at helping, lets not cut the only string of hope for them.
