Hollywood, CA – November 30, 2023 – Netflix’s latest action-comedy series, “Obliterated,” is a baffling and nearly unwatchable mess. The show, set in Las Vegas, follows a group of intoxicated special ops agents who must complete a mission while under the influence of various drugs.

A Drunken Mess

The premise of “Obliterated” is promising, but the execution is disastrous. The show is filled with lazy jokes, over-the-top stereotypes, and a nonsensical plot. The characters are all one-dimensional and unlikeable, and the action sequences are poorly choreographed and uninspired.

A Lack of Laughs

The show’s biggest problem is its lack of humor. The jokes are mostly lame and predictable, and there are very few moments that will actually make you laugh. The show’s creators seem to think that by adding more and more drugs and violence, they will make the show funnier. However, this approach only makes the show more chaotic and less enjoyable.

A Waste of Potential

“Obliterated” is a waste of potential. The show has a talented cast and a promising premise, but it is completely ruined by its lazy writing, uninspired direction, and lack of humor. This is a show that is best avoided.
