The largest liquid waste treatment factory is being set up next to Vinayaka Sagar. It has been said that it’ll clear 5 million liters a day of liquid waste. Water has to be treated before putting it in the tank. Water from MCTS would drain into the waterbody which would disturb the cleanliness.

The treated effluent is useful for external auditoriums, cradles, and irrigation.

After the water is passed from the sub-surface chamber where numerous barricades are there. The water is headed through the activated carbon filter which brings Bio-chemical Oxygen Demand to 5 mg.
