The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has decided to dissolve its organization in Goa with immediate effect, but Amit Palekar will continue to serve as the state party chief.

In a Twitter announcement, the AAP stated that the present organization in Goa is dissolved, except for the position of State President, Amit Palekar, who will retain his role.

The party mentioned that a new organizational structure for Goa will be announced in the near future.

During the 2022 state Assembly polls, the Aam Aadmi Party secured victory on two seats in Goa.
