The largest liquid waste treatment factory is being set up next to Vinayaka Sagar. It has been said that it’ll clear 5 million liters a day of liquid waste. Water has to be treated before putting it in the tank. Water from MCTS would drain into the waterbody which would disturb the cleanliness.
Functional Expenditures of 3 crores are to be done with a capital expenditure of 11 crores which is given for this waste treatment plant. Workers factory saplings at wastewater treatmentplant.

This is done after the process of sedimentation where the solid matter has been excluded. This technology involves a constructed swamp simply designed for the treatment of external, civic, agrarian, and artificial wastewater. The treated effluent is useful for external auditoriums, cradles, and irrigation.

Phytorid is a self-sustainable technology for wastewater treatment that works on the principle of natural wetlands. After the water is passed from the sub-surface chamber where numerous barricades are there. The water is headed through the activated carbon filter which brings Bio-chemical Oxygen Demand to 5 mg.
Some of the advantages of water treatment are:-

  1. cost-effective
  2. involves no operational hassles
  3. leaves a smaller footprint
  4. no fuel odor
