In a shocking incident in West Bengal, a family of four dead bodies was found in a flat in Khardah in the North 24 Parganas on Sunday, said police. The bodies was identify as a 52 year old Brindaban Karmakar, a cloth merchant, his wife Debasree Karmakar and their daughter Debaleena, 17 year old, 8 year old son Utsaha were discovered in different location of the flat, according to the police official. And the husband’s body was found from the ceiling.
It was said that the building’s water pump operator went to the Karmakar’s flat but didn’t receive any answer. He went for the search of keys, said the local trinamool Congress leader. It is been said that the husband took the step because the wife was having an extramarital affair which he could not bear said the police official.
The forensic team visited the spot and the investigation is underway. Local people said they found a foul smell emanating from the apartment and they inform the police. They then broken the door as it was bolted from inside.
