As cricket enthusiasts eagerly await the India versus England 5-test match series scheduled to commence on 25 January, the Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) has rolled out a series of initiatives to enhance the fan experience and promote inclusivity.
Starting from 18 January, cricket aficionados can secure their seats for the first match in Hyderabad through online platforms such as the Paytm Insider app and www.insider.in. The ticket categories range from the South Pavilion (First Floor) at ₹1,250 – ₹3,750 to Corporate Boxes with hospitality features, including the North Pavilion Corporate Box (Hospitality) priced between ₹3,000 – ₹12,000 and the South Pavilion Corporate Box (Hospitality) ranging from Rs. 4,000 – Rs. 16,000.
Those purchasing tickets online are required to redeem them at the Gymkhana Grounds with proof of identity starting from 22 January, ensuring a smooth entry to witness the cricketing action.
The series promises intense battles as the teams face off in different cities:
- 1st Test in Hyderabad: 25 – 29 January
- 2nd Test in Visakhapatnam: 02 – 06 February
- 3rd Test in Rajkot: 15 – 19 February
- 4th Test in Ranchi: 23 – 27 February
- 5th Test in Dharamsala: 7 – 11 March
In a heartwarming gesture, the HCA has announced that personnel from the Indian Armed Forces can enter the grounds for free on Republic Day, 26 January. Additionally, the association aims to inspire young cricket enthusiasts by providing free access to 5,000 school students each day throughout the Test series, fostering a love for the sport among the younger generation.
