Tips for Using Multani Mitti (Fuller’s Earth):

  1. Face Mask: Mix Multani Mitti with water, rose water, or yogurt to form a smooth paste. Apply it evenly to your face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave it on for about 15-20 minutes or until it dries completely. Rinse it off with lukewarm water and pat your skin dry. This face mask helps absorb excess oil, unclog pores, and improve skin texture.
  2. Deep Cleansing: Create a paste by combining Multani Mitti with a few drops of lemon juice and water. Gently massage it onto your face in circular motions for a few minutes. Rinse it off with water. This deep cleansing method helps remove dirt, impurities, and dead skin cells, leaving your skin refreshed and revitalized.
  3. Acne Spot Treatment: Prepare a paste of Multani Mitti with a teaspoon of neem powder and enough water to form a thick consistency. Apply this paste directly to acne-prone areas or on individual pimples. Leave it on for about 15-20 minutes and rinse it off. This spot treatment can help reduce inflammation, absorb excess oil, and promote healing.
  4. Skin Brightening Pack: Mix Multani Mitti with a teaspoon of turmeric powder, a few drops of honey, and enough milk or rose water to create a paste. Apply it evenly on your face and neck. Allow it to dry for 15-20 minutes before rinsing it off. This pack helps even out skin tone, improve radiance, and promote a glowing complexion.
  5. Hair Cleansing: Mix Multani Mitti with water or aloe vera gel to form a paste and apply it to your scalp and hair. Leave it on for about 20-30 minutes before rinsing it off with water. This helps cleanse the scalp, remove excess oil, and promote healthier-looking hair.
  6. Soothing Body Pack: Mix Multani Mitti with water, yogurt, or milk to make a paste and apply it to your body, focusing on areas prone to irritation or sunburn. Leave it on until it dries, and then rinse it off. This can help soothe and cool the skin, providing relief from itching, rashes, or sunburn.
  7. Foot Care: Make a paste of Multani Mitti with water and apply it to your feet, paying extra attention to cracked heels. Leave it on for about 15-20 minutes and rinse it off. This can help soften the skin, remove dead skin cells, and provide a refreshing sensation.

Remember to perform a patch test before using Multani Mitti on your face or body, especially if you have sensitive skin. Additionally, it’s recommended to moisturize your skin after using Multani Mitti to prevent dryness.
