The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has announced the much-awaited results for the Maharashtra SSC 10th board examinations 2023 today. Over 15 lakh students across the state appeared for the exams, with 8,44,116 boys and 7,33,067 girls registering for the examinations.
The Maharashtra SSC 10th Results 2023 are now available for students to check on the official websites of the board. Students can visit mahresult.nic.in, sscresult.mkcl.org, or msbshse.co.in to access their results. The results were declared at 11 am today, and the scorecards will be available for download at 1 pm.
The Maharashtra SSC examinations were conducted from March 2 to March 25, with students appearing for various subjects. To check their results, students need to enter their registration details in the login window on the official website. The results will include the marks obtained by the students in each subject and their qualifying status in the examination.
Last year, the board recorded an impressive overall pass percentage of 96.94%. Among the nine divisions, the Konkan division recorded the highest pass percentage with 99.27%, while the Nashik division had the lowest pass percentage at 95.9%.
In 2022, out of the 243 Mumbai Public Schools (MPS) run by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), 107 schools achieved a 100% pass percentage. Additionally, 48 schools recorded a pass percentage of 95-99.99%, and 8 schools had a pass percentage of 90-94.99%. Notably, a total of 2,933 students scored distinction (above 75%), and 7,724 students secured first class, including 67 children with special needs.
The Maharashtra SSC Results 2023 will play a crucial role in determining the future academic pursuits of the students. Those who did not achieve the desired marks or are unsure about their career choices can avail of the counseling services announced by MSBSHSE. They can seek guidance by calling specific helpline numbers provided by the board.
It is important to note that this year, similar to the HSC Class 12 results declared on May 25, there will be no merit list for the Maharashtra SSC exam.
