The CSAI started in September 2010 with first address on “Infrastructure Issues for Cyber Security & Terrorism” by Prof. NK Goyal, President CMAI as eminent speaker and Senior telecom analyst at “Cyber Security: Threats and Challenges” held at Vivekanand International Foundation (VIF) on 9 September 2010 sharing conference with Shri Ajit Doval, the then Director VIF, Former Director of Intelligence Bureau, etc.
India(NCSAI) was inaugurated by Dr Malcolm Johnson, Deputy Secretary General, International Telecom Union (ITU) Geneva- UN Body on 15th October, 2019 at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi .
We have a Executive team of Lt. General (Dr) Rajesh Pant as Chairman of the organisation. Prof. NK Goyal as President, Shri Vijayanth Gaur as Director General , Shri Sh. MAKP Singh, Vice Chairman of the organisation. Besides this We have experts & Technocrats who are in key position and Advisors too.
Our Objectives:
a)Provide a consistent voice for industry regarding cyber security policies at National level.
b) Collaborate on special projects to breakdown developing threats and topics to create white papers, analytical products on unique and sophisticated cyber-attacks.
c)Not only show problems of cyber security, but also give solutions.
d) Collaboration to create countermeasures that promote a stronger cyber national security posture and many more….
India has witnessed rapid digitalization in almost all spheres of public life. The country has over 1.15 billion phones and more than 700 million internet users, and this number is growing. There is greater and easy access to financial services even for rural populations. Missions like Make in India and Digital India are creating a positive ripple effect across the economy.
