Gujarat Board 10th SSC Result 2023: 64.62% students pass

Ahmedabad, May 25, 2023 – The Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GSHSEB) has officially declared the results for the class 10th or SSC examination today, unveiling a pass percentage of 64.62%. The eagerly awaited results were released at 8 am and can be accessed on the official website of GSHSEB at gseb.org. Students will need to enter their seat number to view their individual results.

A total of 734,898 candidates appeared for the GSEB 10th examination this year, out of which 474,893 students successfully cleared the exam. This marks an overall pass percentage of 64.62%. The results have also been made available through a convenient alternative method using WhatsApp. Students can send their seat number to the number 6357300971 via WhatsApp to receive their results.

Comparing the figures to the previous year, it is evident that there has been a slight decline in the number of candidates who registered for the exam. Last year, a total of 772,771 students enrolled for the examination, while this year saw a slight dip in numbers with 734,898 students appearing for the exam.

In terms of the pass percentage, last year’s results showcased a higher overall success rate, with 65.18% of students passing the examination. However, the current year’s results, although marginally lower, still demonstrate a commendable performance by the students.

Analyzing the gender-wise performance, it is noteworthy that there is a significant difference in pass rates between boys and girls. Last year, 59.92% of boys passed the GSEB SSC exams, while an impressive 71.66% of girls emerged successful. These statistics highlight the exceptional achievements of female students and their commitment to academic excellence.

The Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has been striving to provide a fair and efficient evaluation process for the students. The board has been continuously working to enhance the quality of education and ensure the overall development of students.

With the announcement of the GSEB 10th exam results, students will now be able to plan their future academic pursuits accordingly. This crucial milestone in their educational journey will serve as a stepping stone for their future endeavors.

The GSHSEB and its affiliated schools are expected to organize various programs to celebrate the achievements of successful students. These events will acknowledge their hard work, dedication, and perseverance throughout the academic year.

As the results are now available, students are advised to promptly check their scores on the official website or through the WhatsApp service provided by GSHSEB. It is important for students to keep their seat numbers ready to streamline the result-checking process.

The Gujarat Board congratulates all the successful students and wishes them the best for their future endeavors. This accomplishment is a testament to their dedication and determination, and they should be proud of their achievements. For those who did not achieve the desired results, it is crucial to remember that setbacks are temporary, and with perseverance and hard work, success can be achieved in the future.
