Prime Minister Narendra Modi was on a visit to Mumbai on Thursday. During this, he inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of various projects worth more than Rs 38,000 crore. Along with this, inaugurated the new metro service in Mumbai. After this, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis traveled with PM Modi between the two stations of the city.

Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis tweeted a picture of the journey between Gundavali and Mogra stations. Devendra Fadnavis asked Twitter users to guess what the three leaders were talking about. “Guess the conversation,” tweeted Devendra Fadnavis along with a smiling picture of the leaders in conversation. During the journey in the metro, PM Modi also interacted with a group of young commuters, metro rail employees and women.

In 2015, PM Modi had laid the foundation stone of the projects.

Let us inform that Gundavali and Mogra stations are part of Metro Line 7 Phase 2, which was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday. Metro Line 2A connects suburban Dahisar East to DN Nagar (Yellow Line), while Line 7 connects Andheri East to Dahisar East. The foundation stone of these rail lines was laid by PM Modi in 2015 and they have been built at a cost of Rs 12,600 crore.
