Air India urination case took place as Shankar Mishra who is accused of urinating on a woman. Shankar Mishra moves for bail plea. Mishra is accused of urinating on a co-passenger who was an elderly woman on board a New York-Delhi Air India flight on November 26. He was detained in Bengaluru after a Look Out Circular was issued in this regard. He had been absconding since the matter came to light and the affected party initiated action.

The director general of the civil association has banned any type of miscellaneous behavior on the flights.
Some of the behavior includes

  1. Hitting any co-passengers
  2. smoking or drinking
  3. any behavior which creates a disturbance to any other co-passengers
  4. to threaten any crew member or talk rudely to any crew member or physically or verbally abuse that person which has been always criticized.
One thing that both of these phrases have in common, and that’s the power to make an impact, be it in the form of emotions or regulations.
That’s why the government has put on the No-fly list which has some rules:-
There are three levels of the ban on the behavior of passengers:-
  5. physical gestures or verbal harassment or intoxication can draw to 3 months of ban for flying off airplanes.
  6. physically abusive behavior-talking someone rudely or disturbing co-passengers with any inappropriate touch can cause a ban period of 3 months
  7. the third level comes with life-threatening behavior, for example, damaging the air craft or trying to open it unnecessarily, or any physical violence for example holding a neck or any other move which indicates life-threatening. All these can result in 2 years of ban or moreover lifelong.
Government should lay down strict instructions for the air passengers who may not indulge in unwanted behavior during the flight failing which may invite harsh punishments.
