The success achieved through hard work and dedication, went to ask for work, today giving work to hundreds

Raj Changra, a resident of Jaitsar in Sriganganagar district of Rajasthan, had left for Mumbai in search of his own livelihood and today he is giving work to many budding artists by becoming a casting director. He had to face many difficulties in his journey from rural areas to Mayanagari.

When Raj went to Changra, he was looking for work in Mayanagari Mumbai, but his struggle took him to such a point that he is now providing work to hundreds of people. Casting director Raj Changra, who lives in Mumbai, went to Mumbai during the Corona period, at that time most of the work in the film industry was closed and at that time Raj became the support of budding artists and got them to work. Raj had to face many difficulties in his journey from a rural area to Mumbai Mayanagari but he did not give up and today Raj Changra is running his own casting agency on Mira Road in Mumbai, through which new actors get serials and short films. I am getting work done.

What to say of Raj Changra.
Raj told that the phase of struggle had continued in his life since childhood. After the death of the parents, grandmother Shanti Devi raised her and grandmother served as a sweeper in Jaitsar Gram Panchayat. I also worked as a cleaning worker for seven years when my grandmother was old and during this time I developed the urge to dance and participated in competitions held in the city. Happy to get the first position, he started participating in the competitions held outside. Took first place in a dance competition held in Suratgarh in the year 2014 and after that participated in state-level and national-level competitions. Now I had a dream in my mind to become a good dancer and came to Mumbai in 2017 to make this dream come true. There was not much money nearby, so he spent some time eating biscuits and spent the whole day trying to find some work, but after roaming around the whole day, he used to spend the night at stations and other places, and during this time he met people who came in search of work in films. Hui. Some people became supportive and left the work of dancing, now it came to my mind to do something for the struggler.

Giving work to many budding artists
Gathered the people who came to Mumbai in search of work in the film and formed a group during this, he talked to a junior artist and introduced him to the producer. He was looking for some supporting characters in the serial and a new beginning started from there. Then gave some characters in a short film and got 20 thousand rupees as my first salary in 2018, then got a lot of support. After this, he left the art of dance and started working as a casting director. After the struggle, many characters have been given acting assignments in Alien, Brahast, Crime Alert, Crime Patrol, Savdhaan India, Barrister Babu, Good News, and Shaadi Mubarak. During this, Raj told that even during the Corona period, he has provided work to many struggling people and in the coming days, two shows of the characters cast by him are coming on TV. Along with this, he told that now he keeps meeting big stars, directors, and producers. And Raj told that one should never give up in life. He himself had come in search of work and now it is a relief that he is giving work to the people.
