The clip featured Suraj and his family during an outing in Delhi, and his striking resemblance to the Bollywood actor caught everyone’s attention. Social media users were astounded and even mistook him for Shah Rukh himself, with some suggesting that he should consider pursuing a career in films.
Suraj Kumar, hailing from Kolkata and currently residing in Jharkhand, identifies himself as an artiste in his Instagram bio. He expressed his openness to perform at various events and functions, inviting inquiries for bookings. Suraj has cultivated his own fan following, boasting approximately 160 thousand followers on Instagram. His feed consists of around 1800 videos and photos, showcasing snippets from his street shows as well as his attempts to channel Shah Rukh Khan, even reciting dialogues from movies like Baazigar (1993).
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan, who began his acting journey with television series like Fauji in the late 1980s, made his Bollywood debut with Deewana in 1992. His latest film appearance was in Pathaan (2023). Upcoming projects for the actor include Atlee’s action film Jawan, slated for a September release worldwide in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
