Bharti Singh is feeling tense about finding a playschool for her one-year-old son, Golla, and is also concerned about his English language skills.

She is unsure about which school to choose and is worried because many people have advised her to start searching for a good school for Golla now that he is a year old. Since Bharti and her husband, Haarsh, moved to Mumbai after growing up elsewhere, they are not familiar with the schools in the area. Some suggestions have been made for schools in Juhu, Santacruz, Andheri, and Bandra, but Bharti is still unsure about the best option in Andheri West.

Bharti also expressed her concerns about sending Golla to school at such a young age, as she feels he was still in her womb just a year ago. During a recent trip to Goa, Bharti noticed other parents conversing with their children in English, which made her worry about Golla’s English language development. While they try to speak English to Golla, Bharti admits that they struggle with complex sentences. Haarsh, on the other hand, mostly speaks to Golla in Hindi.

Bharti desires for her son to speak English and excel in his studies, but she feels anxious and uncertain about how to make it happen. She shared that Haarsh sometimes calls Golla by funny names like “Aye Gajar, Aye kya kar raha hai bidu,” “chirku,” or “poplu.” Bharti wonders how Golla will learn English with such nicknames.

As a new mom, Bharti is seeking suggestions and support from her fans. She is open to recommendations for good schools and is willing to learn and explore different options for her son’s education.
