“It was past midnight when I tiredly walked out of the airport terminal… forgetting my handbag with house keys, wallet and all else in the washroom inside!” Girish shared in a post on social media, recounting the incident. Faced with being unable to re-enter the terminal, she found herself in a dilemma. The situation took a heartening turn when a CISF officer offered assistance, assuring her that she would retrieve her bag.

“EK pin bhi yahan gum nahin hoga (Not even a pin gets lost here),” Girish quoted the CISF officer, highlighting the confidence exuded by the airport staff. The officer collaborated with the Vistara ground staff to quickly locate and recover the misplaced bag. The thoroughness of the process involved matching the identification cards within the bag with the boarding card on Girish’s phone.
