Neeraj Saini, the founder, and CEO of Haxways, is a self-taught computer enthusiast who has turned his passion into a successful career as a web developer and entrepreneur. Despite coming from a middle-class family with limited resources, Neeraj was determined to learn and explore the world of computers on his own.

Neeraj started his journey in the 11th standard with a self-purchased laptop and began learning the basics of computer science without following any course or book. His first choice was to become a hacker, which taught him everything about computer hardware, networking concepts, and tricky hacks in a network with your personal computer, coding, and robotics, etc. Neeraj developed several windows software like HackerCalcu, ShivaPad, S.H.I.V.A – The Personal Assistant, and Vi-Fi Personal hotspot in class 12th, but lacked the resources to convert his imagination into real life.

Motivated to monetize his knowledge, Neeraj decided to launch a website to sell his courses and offer local teaching services. A year later, he established his first computer center, E-max Computer Education. Unfortunately, due to financial and family issues, he had to shut it down.

Neeraj’s desire to learn more about the industry led him to intern at Dewa Direction, where he learned about MVC and frameworks. With the help of the owner of Deva Direction, Mr. Harshal Dewangan, and Mr. Tarun Sehrawat, the Founder & CEO of Prism Infoways, Neeraj started his first job with Prism Infoways, Mohali, and his second job with a local company from Saharanpur as a full-stack web developer. He then rejoined Prism Infoways.

After gaining over five years of experience as a web developer, Neeraj took the leap to start his own venture, Haxways, during the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020. Within just one year, he has helped more than 100 startups and small to medium-sized businesses expand their online presence. Throughout his journey, Neeraj’s parents have remained a constant source of support and motivation for him.

Haxways is a prominent agency specializing in digital marketing and web development services. Their comprehensive offerings include website development, search engine optimization, social media marketing, email marketing, and more. The company strives to deliver inventive and economical digital solutions to enable businesses to expand their online presence.

Neeraj’s journey serves as an inspiration to countless aspiring computer enthusiasts who aspire to transform their passion into a thriving career. His story is a testament to the fact that perseverance, self-education, and diligent effort can overcome financial obstacles and lead to success in life.

Neeraj Saini’s journey from a self-taught computer enthusiast to a successful web developer and entrepreneur is truly inspiring. He has overcome numerous challenges and has built a successful business that helps other businesses grow online. Haxways is a testament to his determination and hard work, and his story is a reminder that with passion, dedication, and hard work, anything is possible.
