Tripura Board of Secondary Education (TBSE) has officially announced the results for the Class 10th and 12th board examinations held earlier this year. The TBSE Class 10th (Madhyamik) and Class 12th (Higher Secondary) results were declared on June 5, 2023, at 12 noon. Students can access their results through the official TBSE website at tbse.tripura.gov.in and tbresults.tripura.gov.in.
A total of 38,116 students appeared for the Class 10th board exams, while 33,435 students took the Class 12th exams in Tripura. The board exams were conducted from March 16 to April 18 for Class 10th and from March 15 to April 19 for Class 12th.
The pass percentages for both classes have been announced by TBSE. In Class 10th, the overall pass percentage stands at an impressive 86.02%. For Class 12th, the pass percentage is 83.2%. The results of Madrassa Fazil and Madrassa Alim were also declared on the same day.
Stream-wise data for Class 12th students reveals that the Arts stream had the highest number of candidates with 28,522 students, followed by Science with 4,034 students, and Commerce with 834 students.
In terms of district performance, Sepahijala district secured the top position in Class 12th results, achieving an overall pass percentage of 88.60%. On the other hand, Dhalai district emerged as the lowest-performing district in Class 12th, with a pass percentage of 69.96%.
In Class 10th, Gomti district claimed the top spot with an impressive pass percentage of 92.30%. However, North Tripura district recorded the lowest pass percentage in Class 10th, with an overall pass percentage of 77.80%.
Compared to the previous year, there has been a marginal decrease in the pass percentages. In 2022, the overall pass percentage for Class 10th was 86%, while for Class 12th, it was 94.46%.
Students can access their results by visiting the official TBSE website, tripuraresults.nic.in. On the homepage, they should click on the result link and enter their login credentials to view and download their results. It is advised to take a printout of the result for future reference.
