In the wake of a recent Cabinet reshuffle, Kiren Rijiju, the prominent Union Minister, has conveyed his heartfelt gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Justice of India, DY Chandrachud. Rijiju’s portfolio has been revised, and he will now assume the role of Union Minister of Earth Sciences, transitioning from his previous position as Union Law Minister. 

The mini-reshuffling of the Cabinet, initiated by Prime Minister Modi, aims to strengthen the government and ensure the efficient functioning of various ministries.
